your needs are met. During our normal business hours, Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm
PST, phone calls are answered live. Just give us a call and we will have a Highly
Trained Mitel technician ready to assist you. If you prefer, send an email or fax a
request for any changes that need to be made or to schedule a site visit.

Many changes to customers' systems can be taken care of remotely making quick work
of turnaround time on minor requests. For service that requires a visit, we can arrange
on-site work around your schedule.
